This guide explains each step in simple words: how to open the list, how to find your name in a few seconds, and what to do if your name is not there. Most people finish in about two minutes.

What You Need Before You Start

Keep these names ready. You can ask your Lekhpal, Patwari or Gram Panchayat if you are not sure.

How the Dashboard Works (Quick Look)

You pick your area one box at a time. Each box fills itself from the official PM-KISAN website, so the next box only opens after the previous one is chosen.

How to See the PM Kisan Beneficiary List (Step-by-Step)

The list box is at the top of this page. Above the boxes you will see a small progress bar with six steps: State, District, Sub-District, Block, Village, Find your name. Each step turns green with a tick when it is done.

Step 1: Choose Your State

Tap the State box and pick your state. Wait a moment. You will see the message “Fetching live data from PM-KISAN… this can take 10–30 seconds.” The District box fills once the data loads.

Step 2: Choose Your District

Tap District and pick your district. Again, wait for the next box to fill.

Step 3: Choose Your Sub-District (Tehsil)

Pick your sub-district. In many states this is the same as your tehsil or taluka.

Step 4: Choose Your Block

Pick your block. If you are not sure, ask at your Gram Panchayat. People often mix up the block and the tehsil.

Step 5: Choose Your Village

Pick your village. If your village name looks a bit different (for example Nagla Bhoj written as Ngl. Bhoj), choose the closest match.

Step 6: Tap “Show Beneficiary List”

Tap the green Show Beneficiary List button. In a few seconds, the full list of PM Kisan beneficiaries for your village appears below the boxes.

Important: Choose one box at a time and wait for it to finish loading. If you tap many boxes quickly, the official site can get confused and send no data.

How to Check Your Name in the List

Long lists can have hundreds of names. You don’t have to scroll through all of them.

Search by Your Own Name

  1. Find the search box that says “Type your name or your father’s / husband’s name…”.
  2. Type the first few letters of your name, for example SUNI for Sunita.
  3. The table instantly shows only matching rows. The number on the right (like 3 rows) tells you how many names match.

Search by Father’s or Husband’s Name

Many people share the same name in a village. If you see too many matches, type your father’s or husband’s name instead. This quickly narrows the list down to your family.

Use the Gender Filter

If the list has a Gender column, a Gender filter appears above the table. Choose Male or Female to make the list shorter.

Search Tips That Really Help

  • Type only part of the name. RAM finds Ram Singh, Ramesh and Ram Kali.
  • Try both English and Hindi spelling if the list has both.
  • Try common spelling changes: Devi / Debi, Kumar / Kr, Singh / Sing, Yadav / Yadava.
  • Leave out the surname if you are not sure how it was written.

  2. Open in Excel: Tap CSV. The file downloads and opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
  3. Send on WhatsApp: Tap Copy, open WhatsApp and paste. Or tap the green WhatsApp share button to send the page link.

Tip: If you search a name first and then tap Copy, only the matching rows are copied. This is handy when you only want to send your family’s names.

The PM-KISAN server is often busy around installment days. Early morning or late evening usually works fastest.

My Name Is Not in the List — What Should I Do?

Don’t worry yet. Most of the time the reason is simple.

  1. Check your area again. Choosing the wrong block or village is the most common mistake.
  2. Try other spellings. Your name may be written differently in the government records.
  3. Search by father’s or husband’s name. Your own name may have a spelling error, but your family name might be right.
  4. Check a nearby village. Some land is registered under the next village.
  5. Check your registration. If you applied recently, your name may not be in the list yet.
  6. Get help. Visit your Lekhpal or Patwari, the agriculture office at your block, or a CSC (Common Service Centre). You can also call the PM-KISAN helpline: 155261 or 011-24300606.

Name Is in the List — Will I Get the Money?

Not always. This list shows people registered under PM Kisan. Your payment can still stop if any of these are not complete:

Must be completeWhy it matters
e-KYCWithout e-KYC, the installment is held back
Land seedingYour land record must be checked and linked
Aadhaar linked to bank accountMoney comes by DBT only to an Aadhaar-linked account
Correct detailsName and bank details must match Aadhaar

How to Check Your Payment Status on the Official Site

  1. Open the official website pmkisan.gov.in.
  2. Select Know Your Status.
  3. Enter your registration number. If you don’t know it, use the Know your registration number option with your mobile number or Aadhaar.
  4. Fill in the captcha and the OTP sent to your registered mobile.
  5. You will see your installment details, e-KYC status and land seeding status.

We don’t copy this payment status onto our site, because it needs your OTP. For your safety, always check it only on the official website.

Check the Latest Installment Status

Below the beneficiary list, this page has an installment box. It shows whether the next PM Kisan installment is expected, announced or released, along with the past installment dates. The box updates by itself when the government announces or releases a new installment, so you don’t have to search for news.

Your Safety

  • This dashboard never asks for your Aadhaar number, bank account details or OTP.
  • If anyone calls and asks for your OTP “to release your PM Kisan money,” it is a fraud. Don’t share it.
  • The data shown here comes from the official PM-KISAN portal. For any official work, use pmkisan.gov.in or visit your block office.

FAQs

Is this PM Kisan beneficiary list check free?

Yes. It is completely free. You don’t need to sign up or log in.

Do I need my Aadhaar or registration number to see the list?

No. You only need your state, district, sub-district, block and village. You need a registration number or Aadhaar only to check your payment status on the official site.

Why does the next box take time to open?

Each box gets live data from the official PM-KISAN website. Sometimes the government server is slow, so it can take 10 to 30 seconds.

Can I see the list for another village?

Yes. Tap Back or tap the block name in the path at the top, then choose another village. Tap Start over to search in a completely different area.

My village is not in the Village box. Why?

You may have chosen the wrong block or sub-district. Go back one step and check. If your village is still missing, ask your Lekhpal which block your land is recorded in.

Is the list updated?

Yes. The dashboard fetches the list from the official PM-KISAN portal. The note under the table shows when the data was last taken.

Yes. Tap Print and choose Save as PDF. Tap CSV if you want an Excel file.

My name is in the list but I didn’t get the last installment. What should I do?

Check your status on pmkisan.gov.in using Know Your Status. The usual reasons are pending e-KYC, pending land seeding, or a bank account that isn’t linked to Aadhaar. Get these fixed at a CSC or your block agriculture office.

Is sahiyojana.com a government website?

No. sahiyojana.com is an independent website that explains government schemes in simple language. The list comes from the official PM-KISAN portal, but for any official work please use pmkisan.gov.in.
